How to Make a Die Casting Led Housing?

Utilizing die-casting machines ranging from 280 tons to 1200 tons, Yontone are capable of producing light housings spanning from 30cm to 100cm. Different-sized light housings can accommodate varying numbers of LED chips, with the size of the chips determining the power and brightness of the light.
The lampshade is carefully treated with a powder coating process that not only ensures a visually appealing appearance but also enhances its resistance to environmental factors. This protective layer adds extra durability and protects the housing from corrosion, UV exposure, and other potential wear and tear. Yontone offers color customization. The available colors include black, silver, grey, gold, rose gold, yellow, red, blue, or white. Powder coating colors can be tailored to specific preferences by referencing the Pantone color card.
The location for installing the LED chips requires machining of the housing. The entire surface undergoes milling for flatness, and drilling is also performed to facilitate the assembly of the LED board.
Before assembly, a visual inspection of the housing’s exterior is conducted. Qualified light housings then proceed to the assembly of LED chips, drivers, and power supplies.
Yontone packages LED light housings in cardboard boxes to prevent damage during transportation. As an additional protective measure, a wooden pallet at the bottom, and a wooden board on top. The package is then securely wrapped with packaging bags and moisture-resistant cling film.
