The aluminum die-casting LED floodlight housing is a relatively common lampshade housing. The product is large, we need to mill the plane before installing the PCB board in the housing. The size of this LED floodlighting housing is 60×60 cm, the entire mold is very large, and a 1,200-ton die-casting machine is required for die-casting production. The heat sink ribs of this led flood lighting housing are very high, so the requirements for the polishing are also very high, otherwise aluminum liquid is easy to stick to the mold.
